use of our website and purchase of products by you mean that you

You can order products displayed on this website on-line only.
Once you have placed your order on-line, we will promptly send you
an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email
confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have
confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an
automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be
able to meet your order.
Prices
Our prices are shown on our website. We try to make sure that the
prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the
price before we process your order. We also aim only to display
items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly.
If an item is out of stock, it will be displayed as such on the
site. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have
ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the
price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after
receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and
we will refund you any money which you have paid. You will be
notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit any
of your details.
Payment
You can pay by any, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch,
Solo, Delta, JCB, Visa Electron credit/debit cards. To ensure that
shopping on-line is secure you will be transferred to our payment
service - WorldPay & Nochex secure servers ensure your credit/debit details
will be encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Under the
Distance Selling Regulations 2000 you have the right to change your
mind and cancel an order within seven working days (otherwise known
as a 'cooling off' period). If you do decide to cancel, then you
should put this in writing, either by letter (a proof of postage
certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax
or e-mail. A telephone call is not sufficient unless we the trader &
you the customer agree. A 20% restocking charge as per our returns
policy applies in all circumstances, this is to cover our credit
charges, admin & product spoilage.
The
prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds.
Delivery
At the moment we only deliver goods to destinations within the UK
and Europe (EU countries only).
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 2 working days in
most circumstances. Our same day dispatch statement applies to
working days only. We will make every effort to deliver within the
time stated on our website but we will not be liable for any loss
caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered
within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please
contact us by telephone or email. We will try and ensure that you
receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may
cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have
paid, this only applies if your has not been dispatched, after
dispatch the returns policy applies. You are given the correct
postage costs at the shopping basket page.
Returns & Refunds
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there
may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We
aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You are responsible
for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We will in
turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you. This
applies to all returns without exception. Any goods returned (up to
21 days after the invoice date) that were purchased in error or
tested not faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This
applies to all sales without exception. All goods returned under
this provision must be received by us in their original condition
including packaging, instructions and accessories. All refunds will
be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
Our Responsibility
We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or
the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized
access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in
circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be
responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption
or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly
result from something we have done wrong. You will be responsible if
you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will
reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your
misuse.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or
entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the
shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available"
basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our
Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
